e-Fans wants to be sure that you have a basic understanding of how to create an attractive, eye-pleasing web site. eFans is based on the idea that its community members will help each other become better designers, coders, etc. and produce the best possible fansites.
How Hard is it to be Accepted?
While e-Fans does require that you have some HTML, FTP, and web design knowledge, it is not required. If you want to start a brand-new fansite and like the idea of having a community of people who can help you with your questions, then by all means, submit your application today!
